摘要
目的 优化肿节风提取物的薄层色谱鉴别条件,以提高方法的耐用性.方法 采用薄层色谱法,以异嗪皮啶作为对照品,以石油醚（30℃～60℃）-乙酸乙酯-甲酸（6：4：0.5）为展开剂,置紫外光灯（365nm）下检视.结果 供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱和对照品色谱相应的位置上,均显相同颜色的荧光斑点,且斑点清晰,分离良好.结论 优化后的薄层色谱鉴别方法可操作性强,方法更为简便,可更好地用于肿节风提取物的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To improve a TLC identification condition for Sarcandra glabra extract to enhance its durability. METHODS The plates were visualized in ultraviolet light （365nm） with developing agent of petroleum ether （30℃ -60℃ ）-acetic ether-formic acid （6：4：0.5）, contrasted by isofraxidin. RESULTS The corresponding position of chromatography of sample, control herbs and reference substance both displayed the same color fluorescent spots, and the spots were clear, good separated. CONCLUSION The TLC identification method of optimization is operative and simple, and can be used for the quality control of Sarcandra glabra extract.
