摘要
"教授治学"是关于现代大学制度讨论的核心话题之一,但对它的理解并不一致。文章认为,"教授治学"是指以学术自由和学术责任为价值导向的"教学科研"工作与以"学术权力和共同治理"为价值导向的"学术管理"工作。虽然我国教授治学的法理基础已经存在,但依然面临着一系列的制度困境,包括教师聘任制、考评制、薪酬制度等,值得深入研究和思考。
＂ Professors Do Scholarly Research＂ is one of the core topics about modem university system, but there are different comprehension about it. In the paper,＂ Professors Do Scholarly Research＂ means that ＂ Teaching and Researching＂ with the value guidance of academic freedom and academic responsibility, and al- so is ＂ Academic Management;＇ with the value guidance of ＂ Academic Power and Common Governance＂ . Although the legal basis of Chinese Professors Do Scholarly Research exists, it still faces a series of system di- lemma, including teachers＇appointment system, evaluation system, and payment system, etc. which is to be deeply researched and considered.
