摘要
新时期 ,高等学校依法治校是一个系统工程 ,应加强高等学校党委对依法治校工作的领导 ;加强制度建设 ,建立符合现代法治精神 ,又反映高等教育国际化趋势的制度体系 ;加强法制宣传教育 ,不断提高干部师生员工的法律素质 ;加强民主建设 。
In the new peirod,managing school by the law in universities is systematic project,the Party committee in universities should directedly strenghthen the leadership of the work of managing school by the law in universities. It should strenghthen the building of system, not only answering the spirit of today's managing school by the law, but also answering the globalization of universities. And it should strenghthen the media and education of the law, so as to improve the law fibre of the whole college & university. It should also strenghthen the building of democracy and push the democratic process actively in universities.
