摘要
为适应气固并流下行式催化裂化催化剂与油气快速高效分离的需要 ,利用两相流中气固两相惯性力的差别及颗粒运动的附壁效应 ,开发了一种带有切割板的新型气固分离装置 ,实现气固两相的快速分离 ,小型冷模试验结果表明 :该气固快速分离装置的分离效率在 97%以上 ,在气速为 4m/s时 ,固相停留时间为 0 .2s。
A novel gas solid separator used in concurrent down flow reactor was developed. The rapid gas solid separation was realized on the basis of the different inertia of two phases and the anchorage dependent effect of the solid. The cold model test showed that the separation efficiency was higher than 97%, and the solid resident time was 0.2 second at a gas linear velocity of 0.4m/s.
