摘要
用智能型5孔探针对旋流式快速分离(快分)系统的气体流场进行了测试。在此基础上,从气固两相流的基本理论出发,对旋流式快分的气固分离机理进行了分析和探讨;建立了快分性能的分区理论计算模型。模型的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The gas flow field in the vortex separater was measured by an intelligent five-holeprobe. Based on the experiments and the basic theories of the gas-solid flow, the gas-solid separationmachenism of the vortex separator was studied, and a multi-regional model used for analyzing the perf0r-mance 0f the separator was proposed. The calculation results of the model matched with those obtainedfrom the experiments.
