摘要
甲状腺机能亢进症,其病因多为先天禀赋不足、后天失调和外邪侵袭引起。治疗经典方剂主要包括四海舒郁丸、海藻玉壶汤、藻药散、海藻汤等。现代医家对于该病的研究不断深入,在经典方剂的基础上进一步发展,研制出新的方剂,如瘿气灵、益气消瘿汤、银甲丹等。采用中西医结合的治疗方法,对于临床治疗瘿病具有积极的意义。
The etiology of Hyperthyroidism is lack of innate endowment, acquired disorders and more external attacks. The treatment of classical prescriptions includes ＂Si hal shu yu pill＂, ＂Hal zao yu hu decoction＂, ＂Zao yao san＂, ＂Hai zao de- coction＂ and so on. Modern physicians have further study on the basis of the classical prescriptions and develop new formulas as ＂Ying qi ling＂, ＂Yi qi xiao yin decoction＂, ＂Yin jia dan＂. They use a combination of Chinese and western medicine treat- ment to achieve good clinical effect. It has the positive significance for this disease.
