摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法 ,制备出平均粒径为 6~ 10nm的SnO2 四方相微晶均匀分散在SiO2 中的玻璃。玻璃的吸收光谱研究表明 ,掺杂玻璃的光吸收限Eg与SnO2 微晶粒径R相关 ,满足Eg∝ 1/R2 的关系 ,从而证明掺杂SnO2 玻璃中存在明显的量子封闭效应 。
This paper reports the preparation of the tetragonal phase of SnO 2 Crystalline whose average grain size of 6~10 nm are preciptated in silica glasses derived by Sol-gel method. The UV-visible absorption spectra of the glass shows that the UV absorption edge of the doped glass is related to the particle size of SnO 2 microcrystals in the glass-creamics by Eg∝1/R 2 .The results also prove that an obvious quantum confinement effect exists in the SnO 2 semiconductor-doped silicaglasses ,implying that they will show large third order nonlinear optical response.
