摘要 本文对于不同再结合的半导体带满光学非线性给予了新的解释。报导了自制的半导体掺杂CdS_xSe_(1-x)非线性光学玻璃。研究了热处理温度和时间对掺杂玻璃微晶直径和光谱特性的影响,观察了玻璃微晶平均直径在35(?)—80(?)出现的量子限效应。文中给出了半导体掺杂玻璃微晶尺寸与量子限效应的关系。 In this paper a new explanation of optical nonlinearity of band- filling in semiconductors for different recombinations was introduced and a new kind of nonlinear optical glass with Cd_xSe_(1-x) doped semiconductor was reported.The influence of temperature and time of heat—treatment on microcrystal diameter and spectral characteristic was studied. The quantum-confined effect at 35(?)-80(?) average diameter were also observed. The relation between the microcrystal size and quantum-confined effect was obtained.
