摘要
针对井下煤仓在使用过程中存在仓壁黏煤、煤仓漏口缩小和堵塞的问题,分析了煤仓堵塞的原因,并结合现有的防堵塞方法,设计了一种新型结构的煤仓自动疏松机。通过对刮板和推煤板的设计,有效地解决了仓壁黏煤和煤仓堵塞的问题,并改善了疏松机的受力情况和防护措施,提升了疏松机的使用寿命,降低了安装难度,为井下煤炭正常储运提供了安全保障。
On account of the problem that the caking coal sticking on the wall, narrowing and blocking of bin at the underground mine, analyzes the reasons of bin blocking. Combines the existing anti-blocking methods, designs one new structure bin automatic machine to resolve coal loose. Through the design of scraper and pushing plate, it solves the caking coal sticking and bin blocking problems effectively, and also improves the stress situation and protective measures, prolongs the service life of loosen machine, reduces the difficulties of installation, which provides security for normal coal storage at underground mine.
