“锥形”煤(岩)仓的施工设计

摘要 随着安全高产高效矿井建设的大力推进,煤矿出煤连续化工程以及岩巷后运皮带化施工工艺得到了迅猛发展。致使煤(岩)仓在设计、使用中所存在的一些问题得到了凸显。为有效解决煤(岩)块堵仓、粘仓、溃仓等问题我们创新出了———"锥形"煤(岩)仓。"锥形"煤(岩)仓是在分析、总结原煤仓优缺点的基础上,由圆形垂直式煤仓发展而来的。其重点是对煤仓的仓体进行了"锥形"优化设计,重在解决堵仓、粘仓事故的发生以及堵仓、粘仓后的安全高效处理等。 Along with vigorous promotion of mine construction with safety and high production as well as high efficiency,continuous engineering ofcoal mine and construction technology of stone head after the transport belt have been developed rapidly,which causes highlighted problems of coal(rock)warehouse in design and use.In order to effectively solve the problems of coal(rock)warehouse,such as blocking warehouse,sticky warehouse anddefeated warehouse,we create the "Conical" coal(rock)warehouse.The development of "Conical" coal(rock)warehouse is evolved from circular vertical coalwarehouse based on the summary of the advantages and disadvantages of original coal warehouse.To make "Conical" optimal design is its key,and itfocus on solving the previously mentioned problems and the safe and efficient processing after blocking warehouse and sticky warehouse.
