摘要 目的:评价脉搏容积波用于外周血管阻力监测的准确性及适用性。方法:采集30例健康志愿者不同接触压力下的桡动脉脉搏容积博(rPPG)和手指脉搏容积波(fPPG),分析其上升支斜率,并与超声多普勒所获取的桡动脉血流阻力指数进行相关分析。结果:桡动脉脉搏容积波上升支斜率与桡动脉血流阻力指数存在正相关(R=0.69,P<0.05),其相关性随着传感器接触压力的增加先增加后降低,而手指脉搏容积波上升支斜率与桡动脉血流阻力指数无相关关系。结论:脉搏容积波能反应监测部位的血管阻力,在监测外周血管阻力中具有潜在的应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and applicability of photoplethysmograph in peripheral vascular resistance monitor-ing. Methods:The radial arterial PPG waveform (rPPG) of different contacted pressure and finger’s PPG waveform (fPPG) were col-lected in the thirty volunteers. The slope of systolic upstroke in fPPG waveform and rPPG waveform of different contacted pressure were calculated, and analyzed the correlation with resistance index (RI) of radial artery collected by ultrasound Doppler. Results:the slope of systolic upstroke in rPPG waveform had a significant positive linear correlation with RI (R=0.69, P&lt;0.05), the correlation co-efficient was increased firstly and then decreased with the contacted pressure increasing. There were no correlations between slope of systolic upstroke from fPPG waveform and RI of radial artery. Conclusion:the PPG waveform presented association with vascular re-sistance of monitoring site. It promises to be important act on peripheral vascular resistance monitoring.
