Factors Related with Systemic Vascular Resistance Disorders among 1695 Healthy Subjects in Zhejiang Province

摘要 目的分析外周血管阻力异常者在正常人群中的分布及相关因素的影响。方法采用Bioz.com数字化无创血液动力学监护仪,检测1695名正常健康人外周血管阻力(SVR)及收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、心输出量(CO)、心指数(CI)、搏出量(SV)、搏出指数(SI)、左心做功量(LCW)等循环功能参数,并进行了相关因素分析。结果外周血管阻力异常发生率在10~12岁最高,16~18岁降至最低;之后随年龄增长而增加;男、女性之间差异无统计学意义。相关因素分析显示,SVR与年龄(Age)、SBP、DBP、MAP呈正相关;而与HR、CO、CI、SV、SI、LCW呈负相关。其中CO和MAP具有独立显著性影响,SVR异常可导致CO下降、血压升高。结论外周血管阻力升高与年龄、CO及血压水平密切相关,其可能是早期动脉血管结构和功能损害的结果和标志。 Objective To analyze the related factors of systemic vascular resistance (SVR) disorder in healthy subjects in Zhejiang province. Methods SVR and systohc blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure ( MAP), heart rate ( HR), cardiac output ( CO), cardiac index ( CI), stroke volume ( SV), stroke index (SI) and left cardiac work (LCW) in 1 695 healthy subjects were determined with BioZ. corn Cardio Dynamics. Results The maximum of SVR disorder rate was at 10 - 12 age group, and the minimum was at 16 - 18 age group. After age 16 - 18 the SVR disorder rate was gradually increased with aging in healthy subjects. There wasn't significant difference between female and male. SVR was positively correlated with age, SBP, DBP, MAP, and was inversely associated with CO, CI, SV, SI, LCW, and the independent influencing factors were CO and MAP. Conclusion SVR disorder is associated with age, CO and blood pressure in populations in Zhijiang province and may be a result and marker of injuries of vascular structure and function.
