摘要
本文介绍了灌浆套筒连接技术的研究历程及发展状况,叙述了灌浆套筒的尺寸和各组成部件,如何确定灌浆管和排浆管的位置,安装灌浆管和排浆管的方法及接头的拼装注意事项。套筒灌浆连接技术作为预制混凝土技术之一,在保证工程质量方面的优越性将受到人们越来越多的关注,具有广阔的前景和应用空间。
The research history and current situation of grouting coupler are introduced firstly. Then the components of the grouting coupler, coupler dimensions, the method of determining the inlet and outlet straight tube lengths position, as well as locating inlet and outlet straight tubes for pump filling, the coupler installation procedures at precasting plant are presented. Finally, as one of precast concrete technology, the grouting coupler connection will get more and more attention in the aspect of ensuring engineering quality, and has broad prospect and application space.
