摘要
中药复方作为中医理论的具体表现,是中医药走向现代化和国际化的关键。随着国家对中医药领域支持力度的不断加大、各种新理论新方法的提出以及现代分析仪器和技术的发展,中药复方尤其是复方药效物质基础的研究得到了快速发展,其能阐明中药复方药用功效、作用机制及作用根源,是中药复方安全性和质量控制的保障。该文对中药复方药效物质基础的研究思路和方法进行了综述。
Chinese herbal formula is the key to modernization and internationalization of Chinese medi- cine. With the increase of the groverment＇s support to the traditional Chinese medicine, a variety of new theo- ries and new methods proposed, as well as the development of modern analytical instruments and techniques, the effective substances basis research has been developing rapidly, which can clarify the medicinal effects, the mechanism and causes of traditional Chinese medicine. Here is to make a review of the research ideas and methods of effective substance basis of Chinese herbal compound.
