摘要
应急物资储备库之间的合理协同运作可以很大程度上缩短应急救援时间,减少应急事故造成的损失。因此,本文主要解决存在多个应急点时,各应急物资储备库如何有效的运作,以完成对应急点的快速救援。本文针对多应急物资储备库覆盖多应急点问题,对应急储备库如何协同运作以满足应急点的需求问题进行研究,建立应急储备库间协同运作模型,最后结合实例验证此方法的适用性及可行性。
Reasonable collaborative operation of emergency material storage can largely shorten emergency response times and reduce the losses caused by the emergency accident. Therefore, the paper is mainly to solve how do emergency material storages operate effec tively to complete the fast rescue of emergency point when facing several emergency points.The paper studies how do emergency material storages operate collaboratively to meet the needs of emergency points while several emergency material storages cover several emer- gency points and establishes cooperative operation model of emergency material storages.Finally, the applicability and feasibility of this method are verified by the example.
