摘要
利用FLUTENT软件对旋涡哨内部流场进行数值模拟,得到旋涡哨内的流场分布特征.结果表明:旋涡哨内部流场变化趋势基本一致,流场分布具有轴对称性,流动轨迹近似为螺旋,从中心沿径向方向压力逐渐增大,合速度先增大后减小.随着腔体直径的增加,在腔体内合速度、切向速度和总压值都减小,而在出口管内合速度、径向速度和总压值增大.而在整个旋涡哨内部轴向和切向速度皆不随腔体直径的增加而变化.
The internal flow field in vortex whistle is simulated by FLUENT. The distributions of internal flow field are obtained. The results show that the internal flow field inside vortex whistle varies with same step and the flow field distributes symmetrically. The flow path is approxima- tion spiral. Along the radial direction The total pressure increases and the resultant velocity in- creases firstly and then decreases . The resultant velocity , the tangential velocity and the total pressure inside the cavity decrease with the diameter of the cavities, and the radial velocity and the total pressure in the exit tube increases when the diameter of the cavity. However the axial veloci- ty and the tangential velocity do not vary obviously in the whole vortex whistle.
