摘要
转轮是水轮机的核心部件,直接影响水轮机的正常运行和经济效率.通过传统的实物模型试验的方式研制转轮成本较高,周期又很长.采用计算机仿真实验的方式替代传统的实物模型对混流式水轮机转轮进行优化设计,并介绍虚拟仿真技术在转轮优化设计的应用。
The runner is the key assembler of a turbine. It has a direct influence on the normal opration and economic efficiency of a turbine. The high cost and long period of developing a runner by the traditional method which is relyed on physical model test is demaned. The optimum design of the runner of a mixed flow turbine is done by the computer virtual simulation technology instead of the traditional physical model.
