摘要
设计与分析了一种用于半浸桨驱动装置的紧凑型双十字万向节。首先对双十字万向节进行运动理论分析,然后利用UG软件对双十字万向节进行建模、运动仿真、有限元分析及结构优化。仿真结果和理论分析表明,设计的双十字万向节适用于传递扭矩较大、转速较高,但要求结构紧凑的场合。该设计方法为国产化大功率半浸桨驱动装置提供了技术支持。
One type of compact double cross universal joints used in the surface drive system is designed. First of all, the motion theory of double (:ross universal joints is analyzed,and then the UG software is used for the modeling, rotation simulation,finite element analysis and structure optimization,and the result is in accord with the theoretical analysis. The double cross universal joints designed is suited for the situation where the torque is large,the rotation speed is high and the structure need to he eornpaet. The design method provides the technic for the homen-ade high power surface piercing propeller drive system.
