摘要
高学历青年员工是企业发展的中坚力量,对他们的关爱与激励是提升员工企业归属感和满意度、调动员工积极性、实现企业目标的重要过程。在此,以K集团股份有限公司为例,在对企业高学历青年员工满意度进行深入调查的基础上,构建了一套相适应的企业激励体系。
Young employees with high education are the backbone of enterprise development. It' s an important method for the enterprise to give care to their employees. It can not only enhance employees' sense of belonging but also enthusiasm. This paper takes a satisfaction investigation on young employees with high degree in the K Group and tries to construct a set of suitable enterprise incentive system.
