摘要
提出一种高压变频器瞬时停电再启动方案,该方案通过变频器对暂时停电的电机外加电压来估算电机定子电流的转矩分量以及励磁分量的大小获得电机停机后的剩余转速,准确地确定再启动时变频器的输出频率,有效地降低了频率恢复时的电流冲击,实现变频器带负荷再启动,并通过现场工况试验,验证该方法的可行性、实用性。
A high voltage converter instantaneous halt restart scheme was presented, by means of the method of adding a voltage to the induction motor to estimate the stator current of torque and the excitation component, the motor' s shutdown residual speed was accuratly caught, then the output frequency of the converter was determined when the power recover, even the recovery current of the converter was reduced effectively and the converter works again. The field test results prove the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method.
