摘要
白介素-37是新近发现的白介素-1家族的一新成员。相关研究发现,白介素-37表达于人类的冠状动脉和颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的泡沫细胞,可抑制促炎因子的生成,在炎症性疾病和自身免疫性疾病动物模型中发挥保护性作用。本文就IL-37的基本生物学效应及与动脉粥样硬化的关系作以下综述。
Interleukin (IL) - 37 is a newly discovered new member of IL - 1 family. Relative researches find that IL-37 is expressed on foam cells of human coronary artery and carotid atherosclerotic plaques, which can inhibit production of proinflammatory cytokines and play protective effect in animal models of inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases. This article made following overview on fundamental biological effects of IL- 37 and it rela- tionship with atherosclerosis.
