摘要
目的探讨和分析无创正压通气疗法在急性左心衰竭患者的临床诊疗过程中的辅助治疗情况及效果。方法随机选择自2007年11月至2012年11月期间在我院接受治疗的急性左心衰竭患者58例,将其随机分成两组,每组各有患者29例。采用无创正压通气法对观察组的患者进行临床治疗,采用常规方法对对照组的患者进行临床治疗,并统计、比较和分析两组患者的临床治疗情况以及疗效。结果经过比较分析,观察组患者在住院时间、RR、HR、动脉血气以及总有效率方面明显优于对照组患者,组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用无创正压通气法对急性左心衰竭患者进行辅助治疗,具有显著的临床效果,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effext ofnoninvasive positive pressure ventilation in adjuvant treatment of patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 58 patients with the acute left heart failure being treated in this hospital from November 2007 to November 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, with 29 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received the treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, while patients in the control group received the conventional treatment. The clinical treatment and the effect in the two groups were summarized, compared and analyzed. Results According to the comparison, patients in the observation group were significantly better in the hospitalization time, RR, HR, arterial blood gas and total effective rate than those in the control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The adjuvant treatment by using the noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for patients with acute left heart failure has significant clinical effect, which deserves wide popularization and application.
