Development of helmet non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in clinical use

摘要口鼻面罩无创正压通气（NIPPV）在临床上已广泛应用,而对头罩式无创通气的研究和报道不多。本文就头罩NIPPV的原理、适应证、禁忌证、并发症、优缺点及通气模式的选择、临床应用等方面的资料予以综述。 Helmet non-invasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） has been widely used in clinic, but less researches and reports about helmet NIPPV are seen. The article reviews the principle,indications, contraindications, complications, advantages and disadvantages, the choice of ventilatin modes and clinical use of helmet NIPPV.
