摘要
探讨图书馆FAQ咨询服务的特点,对中国教育部直属师范大学和211工程师范大学及省属重点师范大学的FAQ服务进行调查分析,指出当前师范大学图书馆FAQ存在的问题,并提出改善的对策。
This paper probes into the characteristic of information consultant service on FAQ, analyzes the existing prob- lems of FAQ in the normal university libraries which belong to Ministry of Education, "211 projects" and provincial key university, and gives the corresponding suggestions.
