摘要
建立了一种新的纺织品禁用偶氮染料直接萃取预处理方法,该方法无需过柱浓缩步骤,节省前处理时间,节约了试剂和耗材费用。在优化的试验条件下,该方法有良好的线性关系,加标回收牢为75.2%-101.1%,RSD为0.65%.4.13%;在S/N=3的条件下,方法检出限为0.03—0.12mg/kg,该方法操作简单易行,具有良好的承复性、准确性,可有效地应用于纺织品中可分解芳香胺的快速检测。
A new pretreatment method for directly extraction of banned azo colorants in textiles is developed, which does not need any concentration process, saving time, material and cost. Under the optimized experimental condition, the method shows a good linear relation and the average recoveries are 75.2% to 101.1% with RSD of 0.65 % to 4.13%. At the condition of S/N (signal/noise) = 3, the detection limitation varies from O. 03mg/kg to 0.12mg/kg. This method is of easy operation, accuracy and reproducibility, and could be effectively applied to quickly detection of banned azo colorants in textiles.
