摘要
针对长输管线焊缝无损检测,研制了一套基于X射线CMOS感光芯片RadEyeTM100的X射线数字成像系统,对系统的性能指标进行了对比测试,并初步应用于长输油气管线焊缝检测工程。根据选定的X射线CMOS感光芯片,采用CPLD产生系统所需的各种时序,设计并制作了CMOS感光芯片驱动电路、A/D转换电路、数据采集与通信电路、图像获取及处理软件等。该系统采用以太网传输接口与计算机通信,提高了安全防护距离。测试结果表明:X射线数字成像系统的辐射剂量低于传统胶片辐射剂量的50%,系统的分辨率达到5lp/mm,满足了现行相关标准的要求。X射线数字成像系统具有体积小、结构简单、分辨率高的特点,能够满足油气管线焊缝无损检测的要求。
Aiming to long distance transportation pipeline nondestructive inspection,a digital X-ray imaging system is developed based on RadEyeTM 100 with X-ray COMS sensitive chip,and system performance index is compared,and is used for long distance oil-gas transportation pipeline welds detection engineering.According to selected X-ray CMOS sensitive chip,the driver electric loop with CMOS sensitive chip,A/D circuit,image acquisition and process software are designed and manufactured with CPLD generating timing clocks program in need.The system communication is controlled by computer through TCP/IP port with improved safety distance.The test result shows its radiation dosage of digital imaging system is 50% less than that of traditional X-ray film,and the resolution reaches to 5 lp/mm,and meets the acquisition of related criterions.The system has characteristics of small dimension,simple structure,high resolution and suffices for the requirement of oil-gas pipeline welds nondestructive inspection.
