摘要
腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理包括心理、治疗、社会三个方面因素。从自我教育管理、心理干预、中医护理干预、康复锻炼、社会支持等方面综述腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理的研究进展,探讨研究存在的不足并进行展望。
Self-management of patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH） including three aspects： psychology, treatment and society. This paper reviews the progress on self-management of patients with LDH from educational management, psychological intervention, TCM nursing intervention, rehabilitation exercise and social support. The shortcomings of studies are discussed.
