摘要
为研究皂液pH值对阳离子乳化沥青乳化稳定性的影响,分析了阳离子乳化沥青乳液稳定机理及影响因素,并通过调节不同皂液pH值和乳化剂用量,研究分析基质沥青的乳化过程。结果表明:适当调节皂液pH值可以增强乳化效果,减少乳化剂用量,提高乳液储存稳定性。
Abstract : Soap for the study of pH value on the influence of the cationic emulsified asphalt emulsion stability, analyzes the mechanism of cationic emulsified asphalt emulsion stability and influencing factors. Soap and by adjusting the different pH and dosage of emulsifier, the analysis of ma- trix asphalt emulsifying process. The results show that the appropriate adjustment soap pH can enhance emulsification effect, reduce the dosage of emulsifier, emulsion storage stability.
