摘要
人表皮生长因子受体2（HER-2）基因高扩增和过表达与胃癌进程及预后关系密切,在胃癌的治疗中是一个重要的靶点,并且HER-2基因的检测也逐渐成为胃癌诊断的依据.近期研究表明HER-2与其他基因发生共扩增在胃癌中同样意义重大.文章主要综述了HER-2基因扩增与共扩增在胃癌的发展、预后、诊断及治疗方面的相关研究进展.
[Abstract] Amplification and overexpression of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 （HER-2） gene are bound up with the process and the prognosis of gastric cancer. Meanwhile, recent researches have shown the great significance of HER-2 co-amplification with other genes in gastric cancer. Therefore, detection of HER-2 gene gradually becomes the basis of gastric cancer diagnosis, and it is one of the important targets in the treatment of gastric cancer. This article will review the gene amplification and co-amplification of HER- 2 in the progress, prognosis, diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.
