制丝重点工序对烟草游离烟碱含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究显著影响游离烟碱含量的制丝重点工序的加工强度。[方法]分析了真空回潮、加料、贮叶及叶丝干燥等制丝工序对烤烟游离烟碱含量的影响,总结了游离烟碱在加工过程中的变化规律。[结果]试验表明,在制丝的几个关键工序中,真空回潮使烟叶游离烟碱含量显著上升,加料和贮叶会使烟叶游离烟碱含量略微降低,叶丝干燥使游离烟碱含量略有上升。综合各工序的游离烟碱含量变化可以看出,在整个制丝过程中烟叶游离烟碱含量的增加幅度接近20%。[结论]研究可为优化卷烟生产工艺参数、提高卷烟内在质量提供参考依据。 [ Objective ] To study the processing intensity of key procedure significantly influencing free nicotine content. [ Method ] Effects of vacuum conditioning, casing, leaf storage, cut tobacco drying process on flue-cured tobacco free nicotine content were analyzed, the variation law of free nicotine in processing course were summarized. [ Result] The experiment showed that in several key processing procedure, vacuum conditioning can significantly improve free nicotine content, casing and leaf storage slightly decrease free nicotine content, cut tobacco drying process slightly inerease free nicotine eontent. Totally, tobacco free nicotine content increased about 20%. [Conelusion] The study can pro- vide referenee basis for optimizing tobacco production teehnique parameters, improving tobacco inner quality.
