摘要
通过对制丝贮叶工艺条件的实验室模拟,采用正交实验设计的方法,研究不同等级烟叶在不同工艺条件下,烟叶中主要化学成分的变化规律.结果表明:当显著性水平α=0.05时,在贮叶工序中发生显著性变化的常规化学成分主要包括总糖、还原糖、总氮、氨基酸、非挥发酸、石油醚提取物、多酚;在实验过程中采用分类贮叶且当显著性水平α=0.05和0.1时,发生显著性变化的相关参数包括贮叶环境温度、贮叶环境湿度、贮叶时间.
In order to study the effects of processing condition on the change of chemical components in tobacco,different conditions of storing were simulated in laboratory and their effects on the main chemical components in different grades of tobacco leaves were orthogonally experimented.The results showed that when the significance level α is to 0.05,the significance change chemical components include total sugars,reducing sugars,total nitrogen,amina acid,non-volatile acid,petroleum ether extract,polyphenol.When the significance level α = 0.05 and 0.1,the significance change related parameter include environment temperature,environment humidity,storing time.
