国际大石油公司普遍将技术创新作为支撑公司可持续发展的核心战略之一,高度重视技术创新。尽管各公司在技术领先方面选择不同,但近年来国际大石油公司在技术创新管理上呈现"四化一式"的特点与趋势:1)全球化:推进科研机构全球化布局,支撑业务发展;2)一体化:关注创新全链条,技术研发与工程项目一体化管理;3)集成化:加强多学科融合,上下游技术集成化;4)园区化:科研机构实行园区化发展,发挥聚集效应;5)开放式:充分利用外部科技资源,实行开放式创新。进一步走向国际的中国石油有必要学习和借鉴国际大石油公司技术创新管理的先进经验。
International oil majors generally make technological innovation a key strategy in support of the enterprise's sustainable development, despite having multiple technology strategies. In recent years majors' management of technological innovation has tended toward globalization, integration, fusion, aggregation and openness. Firstly globalization of research institutes has supported international business development. Secondly, attention has been focused on the entire innovation chain and management of R&D and engineering projects is being integrated. Thirdly, multiple disciplines are fusing together and upstream and downstream technologies are being integrated as business requires. Fourthly, campuses are being built to incorporate science and technology institutes and take advantage of aggregation effects. Fifthly, external scientific resources are increasingly being relied on and innovation is increasingly beingconducted openly.
