摘要
针对电力市场特点 ,提出了一种新的日有功负荷多目标优化分配策略。该策略同时考虑了发电燃料总耗量 ,NOx排放量和电网收益等 3个目标 ,兼顾了市场各方利益和环境保护。通过对目标函数模糊化 ,采用了最大满意度法将多目标问题转化为单目标非线性问题 ,然后逐步线性化 ,从而可用线性规划方法求解。仿真结果表明了该模型的正确性和优越性 ,该策略对可持续发展战略和电力市场日交易优化合同的制定具有重要的现实意义。
In view of the electricity market, a new decision making of optimal multi objective dispatch for active power is put forward. This decision making considers the total consumption of fuel for generation, NOx emission and grid profit, giving attention to the benefit of all aspects in electricity market and environment protection. In this methodfirstly the objective functions are fuzzified by defining objective membership function, then the multi objective programmingproblem is reformulated into non linear single objective programming problem by means of fuzzy satisfaction maximizing, at last it is gradually linearized. Therefore, the problem can be solved by linear programming method. The correctness and advantage are proved by the result of calculation examples. This method of decision making is significant for sustainable development strategy and optimization of daily exchange contract of electricity market.
