摘要
利用 MP90毛细管熔点仪对固体样品进行熔点测定实验,从样品处理、操作条件和操作模式三方面进行测试过程中的影响因素分析。结果表明,对于固体试样测试,毛细管的最佳装填高度为3~4 mm;起始温度设置低于物质熔点的标称值前5℃;升温速率越快,熔点测定值越高,数据间的重现性越差;阈值 B 法评定的熔点数值略低于终点 C 法,但测试结果的精密度略高于终点 C 法。
The factors of the sample conditions,operating conditions and operating modes have been analyzed by capillary melting point instrument of MP90.The results show that optimal filling the capillary is about 3 ~4 mm for testing of the solid samples;Starting temperature is set lower than 5 ℃ of the nominal value of the melting point of the material ;The faster heating rate,the higher melting point value,the poorer data reproducibility;The melting valued tested by the threshold value B is slightly lower than Method C endpoint,but the precision of the test results is slightly higher than Method C endpoint.
