摘要 针对常规嵌入式大气数据传感系统对飞行器性能和结构的影响,采用全柔薄膜传感阵列代替传统的阵列压力传感器,提出了一种利用新型传感材料粘贴在被测体表面的测试方法,分析了全柔衬底压力传感阵列布置及攻角测量原理,通过仿真得到测量传感器阵列上各点的压力数据,然后进行数据处理,得到攻角参数信息,从而可以进行飞行器的控制和姿态调整.该研究可以为飞行器翼面攻角数据测量系统的设计提供参考. A measuring method using new-type sensing materials pasted on the measured surface was put forward with the flexible film sensor arrays instead of traditional pressure sensor array, aiming at the influence of the conventional embedded air data sensing system on vehicle performance and structure. The flexible substrate pressure sensor array layout and attack angle measuring principle were analyzed, pressure data at every point in the measuring sensor array is derived by simulation, and then were processed to obtain the information of attack angle parameters, thus the aicraft and the attitude can be controlled, which has the reference value in design of aircraft wing surface attack angle data measurement system.
