金雀根二苯乙烯苷类成分的提取工艺研究 被引量:1

Extraction of active stilbene tetramers from Caragana sinica by orthogonal experiment

摘要 目的优化金雀根二苯乙烯苷有效部位的提取工艺。方法采用HPLC测定金雀根中二苯乙烯苷类有效成分kobophenol A、carasinol B、(+)-α-viniferin,以转移率为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,优化金雀根有效部位的提取工艺。结果优化后的提取工艺为:以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,提取2次,每次2 h,溶剂用量分别为12、10倍。结论该提取工艺合理可行,可用于金雀根中二苯乙烯苷类成分的提取。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of active stilbene tetramers from Caragana sinica. METHODS The HPLC assay of kobophenol A, carasinol B and ( + ) - α - viniferin was developed. The extraction ratios of the three compounds taken as index, the concentration and the amount of alcohol and extraction times were chosen as factors to optimize the extraction process using orthogonal design. RESULTS The extraction process was optimized to be extracted for twice with 70% alcohol and 2 h for each time, 12 fold and 10 fold of 70% alcohol was added respectively. CONCLUSION The extraction process was proved to be reasonable, feasible and applicable for the extraction of stilbene tetramers in Caragana sinica.
