摘要
目的:明确泻白散HPLC图谱中各峰与其药理作用的相关性。方法:将方中各药进行正交组合,测定HPLC图谱及评价祛痰、抗炎作用,并对HPLC图谱进行峰归属,运用数理统计方法将药理数据和HPLC图谱中各色谱峰面积相关联,研究谱效相关性。结果:桑白皮中有2个峰显示与祛痰作用和抗炎作用呈正相关,初步推断为二苯乙烯苷类成分。结论:泻白散方中药物桑白皮对药效呈增强作用,与桑白皮为其方中君药相对应。
Objective： To clarify the correlation between the peak areas in HPLC and pharmacological effect of Xiebai powder. Mebtods： With L9 （ 34 ） orthogonal array of every herbs in the prescription and analyzed their pharmacologic effects and finger-print, correlation analysis and regression analysis were applied to interrelate peak areas and pharmacologic data. Results： There were 2 peaks shows positive correlation with effects of eliminating phlegm and antiinflammatory, the two compositions can be stilbene glycosides. Conclusion： It shows that Cortex Moil in xie-bai powder has significantly positive correlation with pharmacological effect.
