摘要
订单型服装企业生产流程复杂,自动化程度不高,使得生产作业计划难于编制。文中根据服装车间生产作业调度的特点,提出了面向订单的服装企业的生产作业计划的数学模型,采用遗传算法求解。仿真结果表明模型的有效性和合理性,满足了客户的需求。
During to the complex process and the low degree of automation, the production operation plan for most clothing enterprises is difficult to made.According to the characteristics of production scheduling, build mathematic model and solve it by genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable and meets the customers＇ demands actually.
