摘要
利用H 80 0透射电镜观察在不同温度下热处理的Ni Co P化学镀层的显微组织 ,分析了镀层的结构转变过程。研究结果表明 ,镀层在 35 0℃以上热处理时 ,发生由非晶态向晶态的转变 ;Co能显著提高化学镀层的热稳定性 。
This paper observes and analyses the structural transformation of electroless Ni Co P coating heat treated under different temperatures with H 800 transmission electron microscope. The results show that the amonphous crystalline transition of the coating will take place when the heat treatment temperature exceeds 350?℃.Compared with the crystallization process of Ni P coating, it can be concluded that the presence of the third element of cobalt improves the heat stability and raises the crystallization temperature of electroless coating.
