支撑钢板内固定治疗老年骨质疏松性后踝骨折(附29例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 由于老年骨质疏松性骨折的粉碎程度较严重,骨质强度下降,内固定物易松动,骨折容易移位等,术后固定时间长,加重骨质疏松,影响骨折愈合。对于后踝骨折采用支撑钢板技术,允许患者早期功能锻炼,从而最大限度地恢复踝关节功能,促进骨折愈合。本科2009年3月至2012年8月对29例老年踝关节疏松性骨折患者采用后外侧入路支撑钢板内固定,疗效满意,报告如下。
