摘要
在设计速度不大于200 km/h的铁路桥梁工程建设中,架设简支T梁一般采用与铺轨工程同时进行的"边铺边架"方案,该方案的架梁时间往往会影响项目的建设工期。为扩大桥梁架设范围,加快施工进度,对采用DJ168公铁两用架桥机先行架设简支T梁,再进行铺轨作业的"先架后铺"方案进行探讨。并针对DJ168公铁两用架桥机的功能及技术条件,结合实际工程,论述DJ168公铁两用架桥机在架设简支T梁中所起的作用,实践证明采用DJ168公铁两用架桥机架设T梁,可以加快施工进度,节省工期。
In the construction of the railway bridge project of the design speed under 200 kin/h, erection of simply supported T beam and track laying engineering are commonly simultaneous, the scheme of frame beam time tends to affect the construction of the project time limit for a project. For expanding the scope of the bridge erection, speeding up the construction progress, the scheme of adopting DJ168 bridge girder erec- tion machine for erection of simply supported T beam first and then performing track - laying homework was discussed. In view of the function and technical conditions of DJ168 bridge girder erection machine, combined with practical engineering, the role of DJ168 bridge girder erection machine in erection of sim- ply supported T beam was discussed. The practice shows that using DJ168 bridge girder erection machine can speed up the construction progress and save time.
