摘要
乙型肝炎病毒严重危害人类健康,患者分布广泛。目前接种乙肝疫苗仍是预防乙型肝炎最经济、有效的方法。对于已感染乙肝病毒者现也在研制治疗性乙肝疫苗。在疫苗的预防接种过程中常会遇到一些相关问题,尤其是无应答现象。该文从疫苗、机体、接种、遗传等因素总结了无应答的主要原因及相应处理措施。
Hepatitis B virus seriously harms to human health and its infected patients are widely distributed. The vaccination with hepati- tis B vaccine is the most economical and effective method for prevention of hepatitis B at present. The therapeutic hepatitis B vaccine is being studied for the individuals infected by hepatitis B virus. In the process of the vaccine inoculation, some related problems are often faced, especially the non- response phenomenon to hepatitis B vaccine. This paper summarizes the main reasons for non- response and corresponding treatment from the factors of vaccination, body, inoculation, genetic, etc.
