摘要 采用分光光度法对电子电器产品中无机颜料的Cr(vi)进行测试,着重研究无机颜料的Cr(VI)萃取过程中各种因素的影响,通过优化萃取时间、萃取温度、定容pH值、显色时间等参数,确定了无机颜料中Cr(VI)的最佳测试条件为:最佳萃取时间为120min,萃取温度为90~95℃,定容液最佳pH值为2±0.5,最佳显色时间为5~40min。该方法在低浓度范围(0—500μg/L)呈良好线性关系,可以满足对用于电子电气产品中无机颜料中痕量Cr(VI)的定量分析。 A study on the spectrophotometric determination of Cr(VI) contained in inorganic pigment for electrical and electronic equipment, especially focused on influence of the processing parameters and interference factors in the extract and colorific process of Cr (VI)was performed. By the exclusion of the coexisting ions and optimizing several parameters such as pH, temperature, time and so on, the results indicated that the optimal test conditions were extraction time 120 min, extraction temperature 90 - 95 ℃, pH = 2 ± 0.5, and chromogenic time 5 - 40 min. The calibration exhibited the linear relation in the low concentration range of 0 - 500 μg/L, the method was suitable for quantitatively analysis of the content of Cr(VI) in inorganic pigment for electrical and electronic equipment.
