摘要
分析了离子色谱法测定电子电器产品中溴含量的检测过程,运用测量不确定度评定的理论,对测定的结果的不确定度进行了评定,分析了不确定度的来源,对各分量进行了计算,离子色谱法测定电子电器产品中溴含量的结果可表示为:(73.2±4.9)mg/kg(包含因子k=2,置信概率p=95%)。
The process of measure bromine in electrical and electronic product by ion chromatography was analyzed. The uncertainty was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination. The source of the uncertainty in the measure process was found out, and the uncertainty of every variable was calculated. The detection results Of bromine was (73.2 ± 4.9) mg/kg (k=2, p=95%).
