摘要
对国内某核电机组安全厂用水系统SEC泵出口管道的腐蚀情况进行了分析,结果表明管道腐蚀机理主要为冲刷腐蚀,泵出口管道几何形状发生突变造成了湍流,从而加剧了冲刷腐蚀,并有针对性的提出了处理建议。
An analysis was conducted on conosion failure of seawater conduit in a domestic nuclear power plant. It has been fbund that the mechanism of failure was erosion, the root cause of the failure was that the changed diameter of seawater conduit fbrmed turbulent flow which caused erosion . The improvement measures were proposed according to the actual situation of the power station.
