摘要
阐述了数控高速切削加工模具的工艺过程。一般情况下,该工艺过程可分为粗加工、半精加工、清角加工、精加工及超精密加工等工序。通过工艺分析,提出相关的工艺处理建议与改善措施,以实现高效率的模具加工,降低生产成本,并提高加工质量。
The technological process of high-speed NC cutting processing mould was elaborated.It was classified into rough machining,semifinish machining,corner finishing,finish machining as well as ultraprecision machining and related working procedures under general conditions.Through craftwork analysis,relevant craftwork processing proposals and improvement solutions have been brought forward,in order to achieve efficient mould processing,lower production cost and raise processing quality thereby.
