摘要
对Ф508mm焊管排辊成型机组的预成型建立有限元模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件进行HFW焊管排辊成型预成型段动态仿真。结果表明,弯边区域板带在咬入阶段产生的等效应力较稳定阶段大;预成型段弯边辊对板带边部变形的贡献最大,最大塑性变形发生在板带的边缘和中心;板带边缘无边浪和鼓包产生。动态仿真精度满足工程应用需要。
A finite element model of the pre-forming section of Φ508 welded pipe cage forming mill was established and simulated through adopting dynamic explicit algorithm for better quality and cost con-trol .The distribution of equivalent stress and strain of the strip at the pre-forming section was ob-tained ,and the simulation accuracy was validated by the measurement of opening distance and differ-ent cross-sectional profiles of the strip .The simulation results show that at the pre-forming section the edge-bending stand contributes mostly to the deformation of strip edge ,effective stress of biting stage is greater than threading stage in edge-bending area ,and the biggest equivalent plastic strain oc-curs at the center and edge of the strip .
