摘要
目的通过对近年来我院呼吸科药历的汇总分析,了解呼吸科病种与性别、年龄的相关性,并总结用药中存在的问题,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,分析我院近年来临床药师参与临床药物治疗记录的80份药历,统计各年龄段分布的患者数、患病各病种的男女比例及年龄分布、药历中常用的药品种类、常见的不合理用药,并进行分析讨论。结果我院呼吸科慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居多,且男性比例偏高;抗菌药物、祛痰平喘药物、中药注射剂以及糖皮质激素在呼吸科使用频率较高;临床用药存在一定的不合理使用情况。结论应进一步加强临床药学工作,建立良好的监管机制,促使我院合理用药水平全面提高。
Objective To understand the relation between disease category and sex/age, summarize the prob- lems, promote the rational use of drugs by analyzing medication records from respiratory medicine of our hospital in re- cent years. Methods The retrospective analysis was used to analyze and discuss 80 medication records of our hospital in clinical drug treatment, the age distribution of the number of patients, male to female ratio and age distribution of the prevalence of various diseases, types of drugs used in medication records, and common irrational drug use were coun- ted. Results Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in respiratory medicine of our hospital was the major- ity ,and male proportion was on the high side. The frequencies of antibacterial drugs, expectorant and antiasthmatic drugs, Chinese medicine injection and glucocorticoid use were higher. There were certain unreasonable use in clinical medication. Conclusion We should further strengthen clinical pharmacy work, establish a good supervision mecha- nism, improve our rational drug use level.
