摘要
目的:探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗青光眼小梁切除术后白内障的手术效果。方法:选择2011-06/2013-01我院收治的青光眼小梁切除术后白内障患者60例,采取小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术,术后随访时间6mo,观察术后患者视力恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:60例患者术后视力≥0.5者占总数的51%,视力均有明显提高,平均眼压较术前降低,术后并发症主要包括虹膜损伤、角膜水肿和虹膜炎症等,经过治疗后并发症均有所改善。结论:小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗青光眼小梁切除术后白内障,可以保存完好的原有的青光眼滤过泡,眼压维持较好,术后视力恢复明显,手术安全可靠。
AIM： To explore the effect of the cataract after small incision non- phacoemulsification in the treatment ot trabecular resection. METHODS： From Jun. 2011 to Jan. 2013, 60 patients with cataract after glaucoma trabeculectomy, were opted for small incision non- phacoemulsification cataracl extraction with intraocular lens implantation for cataracl operation. Sixty cases were followed up for more than 6too. The recovery of visual acuity and complications in patients were observed. RESULTS： In sixty patients, postoperative visual acuity /〉 0. 5 was 51%, which developed a lot. The average intraocular pressure decreased. The complications were iris damage, corneal edema and iris inflammation, which were improved after treatment. CONCLUSION： The cataract after small incision non- phacoemulsification in the treatment of trabecular resection can preserve good original glaucoma filtering bleb, well maintained intraocular pressure, and the recovery of visual acuity is good, which is a safe and reliable surgery.
