摘要 高校创业教师专业发展是创业教师个体的、内在的专业性的提高.高校创业教师的专业发展从内容和要求上说,实质上是高校创业教师的内在专业素质结构的发展.我国高校创业教师专业发展尚处于一种无序自发状态之中,要建立创业教师资格准入制度;强化专业支持力度;推行"个性化"的培训制度;设立专项经费奖励;构建"多元化"评价体系,努力提高高校创业教师专业发展水平. Entrepreneurial university teachers’ professional development is the inner professional enhancement of individual teachers. It is actually the development of the inner professional quality structure of entrepreneurial university teachers both in contents and in demands. The professional development of entrepreneurial university teachers in our country is still in a spontaneous state of disorder. To improve the professional development level of entrepreneurial university teachers, we should establish entrepreneurship teacher qualification system, strengthen professional support, carry out "personalized" training system, set up specific fund rewards, and build a"diversified"evaluation system.
